Exam registration
- All current exam dates can be found on this official list provided by the Examination Office.
- Deregistration or withdrawal is possible, either by sending an email from your student account to the Examination Office or on the day of the exam directly to the exam supervisor.
The latest possible time for deregistration is BEFORE the start of the exam. - In case of illness on the day of the exam, please send the written medical certificate from the attending physician to our office without delay.
Unexcused absence or failure to appear on time for the exam will result in a grade of 5.0 – failed.

- If you encounter problems with registration, please contact the Examination Office or the Student Services in good time (e.g., in case of a “prerequisite error”).
- Please also take note of the information in §9 of the Study and Examination Regulations of the Faculty of Economics and Business Engineering.
Exam inspection
- The regular exam inspection usually takes place at the beginning of the new semester. A corresponding announcement with detailed information will be made in advance, approximately 2–3 weeks before the date, via the Wiwi portal. After this, the grades will be finally recorded. If there are valid reasons, your grade may be provisionally recorded upon request to the secretariat.
- Students who are unable to attend the inspection on the scheduled day and therefore cannot review their exam in person have, upon stating their reason, a one-time opportunity to arrange an individual exam inspection appointment directly with the responsible staff member.
- Alternatively, you have the option to arrange a personal exam inspection at the next regular inspection date (at the beginning of the following semester). In this case, we kindly ask you to notify the secretariat in writing by email approximately 1 week before the start of lectures, so that your exam can be prepared.
